Workshops with Monster Mice Collective

Members of Monster Mice Collective are running a number of creative workshops to encourage sustainability and mindful art and design practice. The workshops range from textile printing, dyeing, weaving and felting, printmaking, ceramics and painting.

Workshops include: Screen Printing, Shibori Dyeing using natural indigo, An introduction to spinning yarn with a drop-spindle, Kids Felt loofah soaps, Kids Mosaic Tile Art, Kintsugi Golden joinery, Painting Movement and Flow, and Dye Your Own Scarf. All materials and tools will be provided as well as light snacks and refreshments. Participants will gain new skills and insight into sustainable making, and will produce some beaut craft items to take home.

Workshop facilitators and Monster Mouse artists will be opening their studios and hosting an exhibition, Thursday 11 October, 5pm – 8pm.
